Chocolate Protein Brownies

These four ingredient brownies are a perfect ADHD brain afternoon pick up. Also brilliant for athletic teens, and like many of my recipes containing no sugar, good for a grab and go breakfast.

Gluten, sugar, flour & dairy free but full of banana!

Ingredients for 12 small brownies:

2 bananas

2 tablespoons of organic raw cacao

1 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter

1 tablespoon of Purition unflavoured pure protein powder

A dollop of odourless coconut oil

Optional dark choc chips

Method: pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and line a small high sided baking tray with greaseproof paper, wipe inside with the oil. Mash bananas, stir in nut butter and mix in dry ingredients, you are looking for a thick mix that is just to thick to pour but easy to spoon into the tray, add more protein powder if needed. Before baking swirl the top with extra peanut butter and optional choc chips. Bake for 35 mins and leave to cool before cutting to squares. These will keep in tupperware for three days.
